Freight:
FOB Warren, Michigan. All orders are shipped via United
Parcel Service unless alternate instructions are given.
Every effort is made to ship your order the same day it
is received by HTD. If an order is received by 3:30 PM,
your tools can be in your hands as early as 10:30 AM the
next morning, via Federal Express Priority One or UPS
Overnight Morning Delivery. As you know, with inflation,
steel surcharges, & shortages, market conditions change
quickly. We also occasionally find the need to add a handling
charge (see below).
United Parcel Service and other transportation companies
charge extra for delivery to a residential address, for
rerouting items sent to an old address, and for tools
sent in a wooden box. These and other handling charges
must be passed along. We prefer to ship freight collect
so that we do not have to prepay and add the additional
charges to your invoice. Please furnish your UPS freight
collect number when ordering for more efficient order
entry and billing.
Minimum:
Minimum order is $50.00 net, with a $10 fee for an under
$50 order.
Establishing Credit:
Applications for open credit should include 3 trade references
(with contact names and fax numbers), one bank reference
(with bank contact and fax number), and your tax exempt
status number, if applicable. Fax your request to the
Accounting Department at 586-754-3312,
and we will process your request within 24 hours.
Returns:
Please phone Hayden Twist Drill to obtain a Return Authorization
number. If the return is the result of an error on the
part of HTD, we will cover the freight costs and replace/correct
the tool as quickly as possible. If the return is customer
error, a 20% re-stocking charge will apply. Specials may
not be returned unless they have not been manufactured
to specifications; return of specials is subject to HTD
supervisory inspection.

your catalog request and we will be pleased to send up
to five catalogs per customer. There is a $3.00 per catalog
charge for more than five catalogs.

notice.
Caution:
Cutting tools can shatter during use. Use proper shielding
and safety glasses at all times. Material Safety Data
Sheets are available upon request.
